As part of our beliefs: “To embrace the values of people, partnership, productivity, purpose, philanthropy, and family.”, we feel it is crucial to be active in our community and serving others.  EIS’ values of charity and community involvement stem from our ownership’s own strong examples of civic support.  EIS encourages its employees to be involved in serving the local community … whether it is through financial donations or actual civic volunteerism.

Some of the more recent charities EIS and our staff have supported include: local food banks, the “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” campaign, and the Metro Health Burn Unit. Each week employees are permitted to wear jeans to the office with a $1 donation to the Metro Health Burn Unit - In memory of Brian Schneider, a dedicated EIS employee.

We are committed to our role as an organization in the community - to provide respect and service to others.  Lastly, we hope to inspire individuals in serving others.
